MAINTENANCE WORKER I
This position performs semi-skilled or skilled manual work, which includes street maintenance, utility line installations, concrete work, minor construction, building renovation and maintenance, and parks and grounds maintenance. This person should have a basic ability to operate hand tools and moderately heavy equipment, including: trenchers, dump trucks, backhoes, loaders, skid steers, excavators, lawn tractors, and mowers, which will require this person being able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 6 months to maintain employment.
