Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thatcher Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 10th at 6:00 PM and the Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 23rd at 6:00 pm in Thatcher Town Hall Council Chambers to hear the following items:
Public Hearings to consider the matter of a proposed re-zone of parcel 104-09-057 from R1-8 (Single Residential Zone) to C-2 (Highway Commercial Zone). The total parcel is approximately 0.53 acres and is located at 989 N. High School Avenue in Thatcher.
All persons wishing to testify in person regarding any of the above matters are requested to attend the public hearing(s). Persons wishing to submit written testimony or seeking additional information may contact the Town of Thatcher at:
